May pictures
We received May pictures and we also received news of a first ruling that happened on May4th. They tell us that second (final) ruling comes one month after first ruling and then travel two weeks after that. It can be faster than that but we all know that's not going to happen. Actually, after this first ruling that we received we are now allowed to go over to Taiwan and foster care Ty ourselves. We are debating what to do about this as there are many pros and cons. Hmmm.
